Container throughput of the operators of the Novorossiysk port in February 2005 amounted to 9,752 TEUs (-0.7% year-on-year). Because of the bad weather all the terminals of Novorossiysk reduced their handling volumes. Novorossiysk Commercial Seaport JSC reduced the volumes by 31.7% to 3,546 TEUs.
