According to the transport bulletin SeaNews Weekly No 87, in Q1 2005 the aggregate throughput of the port of Rostov reduced by 5.8% and made 680.2 th.tons. In March the port handled 264.4 th.tons of cargo (+41.5% compared to February 2005). In January-March 2005 309.4 th.tons of metal scrap was handled for export (-15.6% year-on-year).
