The new "A" class storage terminal in Utkina Zavod (Saint-Petersburg, Vsevolozhsk region) is ready for the official launch.

27 July United International Network of Customs Warehouses Co (UINCW) started the realization of the Smart Logistic Group project, which provides for the construction of logistic centers in Russia and CIS countries. According to UINCW’s press-service, 6 logistics "A" class complexes are planned to be launched in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Volgograd and Kazan by the end of 2008.

Parkridge Holdings plans to begin the building of a logistic complex of 150 thousand sq m area this year, reports Kommersant quoting the press-release of the company. The complex will be built in Leningradskoe Highway near Sherementievo Airport. The first stage of the building (about 40 thousand sq m) is scheduled to have completed by autumn of the year 2008.
