The RF Ministry of Industry and Energy has introduced the project of the second stage of the Baltic pipeline system (BPS-2) to the State Government, reports Kommersant. It should be pointed out, that the project of the building the pipeline passing over Belarus appeared in the beginning of this year when Russia put export duty ($ 180 per one ton) on oil supplying to Belarus and Belarus in its turn put a tax for Russian oil transit ($45 per one ton).

According to the press department of Russian Railways JSC, during the talks with the representatives of Euras Holding, Severstal' Group, Chusovskiy Metallurgic Works, Oskol Metallurgic Industrial Complex, and Belorezck Metallurgic Industrial Complex, the issues of relationship between tariffs on railway shipping of metallurgic produce and growing prices on it were discussed. According to the opinion of the corporation's Prime Vice President Hasyan Zyabirov, these agreements with the largest metallurgic companies should help stabilise existing situation when prices on ferrous metallurgic produce grow.
