31 October the Saint Petersburg authorities finally signed an agreement with Finnish company Moby Dik, which rents territories not far from the dam construction site reports Fontanka with reference to governor Valentina Matvienko statement at the city's government session. "We signed the agreement according to which the area will be handed over to Gosstroy for navigation pass C1 construction and afterwards the territory will be returned to Moby Dik" - said the governor.
