On Decemmber 18, 2002, the RF Transport and Railway Ministries together with the Leningrad Oblast Government and OJSC Company Ust-Luga signed a quadripartite agreement, which is to become effective along with the general development plan of the port, stated the general director of Company Ust-Luga Valery Izrailit at a press-conference held on December 20, 2002.
According to V.Izrailit, the agreement concluded as a result of a half-yearly work is aimed at coordinating the activities of the main participants of this project.
